I advise credit institutions in the area of Finance and Accounting and provide support with local or international projects, in particular when this has to do with the technical support or further development of the system landscape.

You can either choose the entire value chain or individual areas:

• Preparation of business cases, project assignments and project plans.
• Conduct of project coordination, project documentation as well as monitoring of the progress of the project.
• Development of test concepts and monitoring of the test phase.
• Development of migration concepts and approval of the migration.
• Decommissioning of the replaced systems.

I can take over the role of project manager or project office or act as test or migration manager.

Furthermore, as a business analyst, I also develop business and technical specifications, for example for new functionalities, products or regulatory changes.

I also provide support for problem analyses or overall Release Management.
